Froy is a highly experienced and skilled roofing professional with over 10 years of experience in the industry. He was born in Dallas, Texas and attended the University of North Texas before deciding to pursue a career in roofing. Froy is an Xactimate specialist and a leak repair specialist. He named his company, Str8Forward, to reflect his commitment to being direct and providing an honest service to his clients.

Marco Santibanez

Marco Santibanez, a Dallas, Texas native, graduated from Princeton High School and is the youngest brother among the members of the Santibanez Str8Forward company. Following in his brothers' footsteps, he has embraced a career in sales for the Str8Forward Roofing team. With experience working on the installation crew and gaining valuable insights from spending time on roofs, Marco brings both skill and knowledge to his role as a sales representative. He is passionate about providing clients with the best service and ensuring their homes are well taken care of.

My name is Jesus Gaona Santibañez. I was raised in Plano, Tx. I’m the eldest of five siblings and a proud father. I’m a God fearing man who believes that family comes first, growing up in a big family made sure of that. I pride myself in providing my clients with the same knowledge and guidance, I have received in the past 15 years while working in roofing and construction. I’m a firm believer in life being what you make it. God bless!

Jose reyes Dávila, a Dallas native and Wylie High School graduate. As the oldest child of hardworking parents, I've developed a strong work ethic that I bring to Str8Forward Roofing. My goal is to guide customers in protecting their most valuable asset--their roof. With a deep understanding of roofing systems and a passion for great customer service, I pride myself on transparent communication and delivering tailored solutions that provide peace of mind and long-term value. Outside of work, I'm a huge sports fan-earning the nickname 'sports center' and I love spending time with family, talking, and making new friends.
Hugo Cruz

My name is Victor Hugo Cruz Cortes, but everyone calls me Hugo. I come from a small, supportive family—just my parents and older sister—and I’m very family-oriented. I enjoy exercising, running, boxing, and playing soccer, which I’m best at, though I occasionally relax by the pool. I became a roofing salesman because my family has a commerce background, and I’ve always been drawn to sales. I love the job’s direct customer contact, which lets me address their needs and share accurate roofing knowledge.
